Arborview’s residents are more than just tenants; they’re our customers. Our tenants are incredibly satisfied with our 24 hour maintenance, regular cleaning and landscaping, and constant attention to detail inside and out every one of our properties. In-fact, over 90 % of our units renewed their leases in 2006. When anyone wonders in what condition our properties are kept, we recommend viewing our office building. Arborview takes pride in maintaining, and renting out condominium quality apartments. Many of our residential properties receive annual upgrades like new doors, fresh paint, new carpeting, new appliances, etc. Our in-house management team handles all maintenance requests and is available 24 hours a day to accommodate tenants.

Non-Managed Residents
If you live in a building managed by Arborview, but your particular unit is not managed by us (for example, you make your rent checks out to someone other than "Arborview Realty") we can assist you with:

• No heat
• No hot water
• Flood
• Fire
• Gas leak

If it is regular maintenance that you need, whether it's a broken garbage disposal or a burnt out light bulb, please contact the owner of the unit in which you live. They will be able to send someone out to help you.

If you live in a building managed by Arborview and would like us to manage the unit in which you live, try suggesting it to your landlord as an upgrade. Periodically, we offer "Upgrade" discounts where new landlords can receive 2 or 3 months of free management. No strings attached!

Managed Residents
If you are one of the lucky ones managed by Arborview, your benefits and services include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Quick maintenance response
• Unit updates (painting, varnished floors, etc)
• Repairs made in a timely fashion
• 24 hour answering service where you can leave your concerns/requests
• 24 hour emergency line
• Dispute resolution
• Addition of your email address to our master list for almost immediate response!
• And much, much more

Rent Payments
Rent that is paid directly to Arborview is due on or before the first of the month and is payable to “Arborview Realty”. It must be paid in one check, even if there are multiple tenants, unless special permission is given. Security Deposit
Arborview collects security deposits from their tenants prior to move in. Inquiries regarding security deposits must be directed to Ruby at ruby@arborviewcompanies.com or 617.522.2421.
