An entrepreneur from the start, Paul's work is his hobby. He has always excelled at any challenge taken on. Since 12 years of age, he has had successful businesses; two while in college.

As a 19 year old freshman at Babson College in Wellesly, Paul purchased and renovated his first investment property. As a senior, he purchased a six bedroom house so he and his dorm mates could move in. As a result, he and his partner "lived free" for 5 years. Paul has won national recognition for sales acheivement from consolidated foods while attending Babson College. He has even returned to Babson to lecture.

Paul helped to create the City of Boston Homesteading Program while working for the Mayor in 1976. He opened his own real estate company two years later. In 1980, Paul opened his second office and purchased a 40 unit apartment building for $10,000 per unit with a $50,000 down payment. Between 1979 and 1986, Paul had purchased and renovated 15 properties.

Paul goes the extra mile to treat everyone he meets like they are his number one client and partner. Paul has turned ailing projects into success stories with his talents and his team. He loves to work hard and be creative. He has taught sales and rentals to Brokers for over 34 years, and has been quoted in many magazines and was mentioned in the New England Business Journal. Christian has been involved in Real Estate since he was a child, as his father would bring him along on appointments. Beginning work as a rental agent, Christian obtained his license on the first day that he was eligible to take the test and has not looked back. Christian graduated from Babson College majoring in Entrepreneurship & Real estate investments and has been a Broker working with buyers and sellers for over 7 years. Prior to joining Arborview in 2000 he worked for Prudential, as well as Gibson-Sotheby's South end office. He is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and is working toward several other national Realtor designations.

In addition to brokerage, Christian enjoys using his creativity in new construction and major renovations of multi-family homes throughout Boston. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, and Notary Public, he is also a Licensed Construction Supervisor and HIC in MA. Christian has designed and managed the construction of dozens of projects while acting as the sales & marketing agent as well. He enjoys seeing the full circle from identifying the property, researching and crunching numbers, configuring the layouts and details, managing the crews, handling all the marketing and sales and attending the closings. These skills allow him to offer insight into building systems beyond the typical broker. Working as a design consultant on several development projects, Christian brings knowledge of marketing, construction, costs and design trends to each project.

Goals of bringing innovative technology and the best service possible to all clients are what drive Christian's excitement at Arborview. He enjoys spending his personal time with his new son, flying his plane, snowboarding, and mountain biking, and competing in driving events. He is also an active "Big Brother." Tanya started working with Paul & Christian after obtaining experience as a Real Estate Appraiser and as a Salesperson. She has a graphic design background which supports the marketing team here at Arborview. Tanya enjoys working with the tenants, owners and Trustees that she has come to meet during her career here. She is determined to make sure that everyone is comfortable, content, and pleased with our work.
